**UPDATE** Adam reached out and had a conversation with me wanting to make things right. He was supposed to have another person contact me to have further discussion because he was going on vacation. Unfortunately, that has yet to happen. I have not been contacted by Adam or anyone else again and its been at least a month. Very upsetting! It's very unfortunate that I have to rate my experience so low. My entire family has been loyal customers to Yark for many years. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. Not with my salesman, he was great, but going through financing was awful. Absolutely zero negotiating on price, warranties, extras, nothing. I've ALWAYS been able to negotiate something with my deals but not this time. I ordered my vehicle and was able to get it to the dealership faster, as I work for Jeep and asked for this favor. I obtained my own financing before going into Yark, yet finance tried to tell me they were still going to have to run my credit to be able to purchase the vehicle. Absolutely false! And when we called them out on this, we were given attitude and treated as if we were stupid and tried to get over on us. Kept telling me if we didn't do this or that, we wouldn't be able to buy the vehicle. LIES! Not only did they lose my business and my families business, they better not call me asking for Employee price control numbers for their other customers anymore as I've always helped them out in the past with these.

They are pleasant to talk to IF you can get in touch with them. They don't return phone calls when you leave a voicemail, so the only way to talk to them is to go into the shop. They never answer the phone either. However, the work they do is great. When you speak with them in person, they are very friendly and pleasant.

They did good job fixing my car, but could had done better job of informing me on my car. But this lady quit in the process of getting my car fix. So someone else had to step in to get it done. Been running good now for 4 weeks.
