The staff is helpful but there's just too few folks to handle the volume (not their fault.) The kiosks can do eBay and other pre-generated labels so check if you can use one of those first. Also you can probably drop fully labeled items off at the front desk. (Ask once then know for later.)

The lobby is rarely open as posted on the door. If they can't open at least put a sign on the door!! The there are plenty of people there yo do it.

Yes, the blue boxes outside are tapped later in the day. If you get the mail in the blue box by ~4:30-5 it will go out the same day.
They usually don't scan the packages via the kiosk till they hit lehigh Valley or Philly. I had this issue a few weeks ago. It will just say label created till its scanned
Technically you can't because it's consider public parking but by your mailbox being block the carriers are not allow to get out to deliver unless they have a package for that address
Yes, but if you don't have a tracking number, they won't be able to tell you anything.
