Owner and employees are terrible, I called at 9:25am to see if they're open, since last time I was there they had a sign saying "sorry is closed today". Employee Shania asked me after 20 minutes waiting on the phone to "please stop calling since she is on the phone with someone else", I said, just need to know if you're open? her answer: "What do you think? I answer the phone right??? (sarcastic) Then she calls me back to "try to be nice" she said!!! I asked for her name and told her that wasn't the way to treat a customer... she didn't like that, then the Collins says, "Im the owner and you're not welcome here" and hang up. Good riddance... I don't have to expose myself to this kind of bussines and worse trust them with my documents. if they're like that at the beginning, how they'll be at the end once they get my money... hundreds of DHL and other carriers around the area. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Very slow to ship my item after they picked it up from the auction house. They took almost 1 month to get it to me and made excuses when I wrote for an update. Then they didn’t mail when they promised they would and I had to write again. I would not use their services again.
