On our way out of town for family event. 3 hour drive. On way out the door noticed a gouge in the sidewall of rear tire. Deciding whether to drive or not. Stopped at Goodyear on gray st. Elmira for their recommendations. Mark noticed how unsafe it would be to travel that far with strong possibilities of a blowout. He and his team took us in, replaced the tire and had us on our way in under an hour. Made the family commitment on time.
