I read that review by Olga and there must be an error on her part. Open MRI of Livonia kept me in the loop every step of the way- from my coverage, deductible, approval etc. I was also referred to them by a friend who told me the same thing. That review seems like it could be part patient error. They were excellent in my opinion.
