I almost never leave a review whether good or bad. But figured I had to leave one today! Had my machine in there couple months ago and they said it needed a new engine. Fine I said install one. They charged me $6890.00. 70 hrs later it broke down took it in and some guy that thinks he's a mechanic diagnosed a bad control panel? Wanted over 2500. When I went in so he could explain to me how he came across that diagnosis he couldn't explain? Turns out it was the switch and a sensor. Little over 100 in parts and get this over $600 IN LABOR!!!! Guess I had to pay for that mechanics incompetence! Hope all my friends and customers can find a better service department!

The price for a bushing and bolt was a little bit more than online, but it was in stock and the price was fair. My seat bar works really great now.. Thanks IB

This is a lousy place to take your equipment for repair if it's not a Bobcat! Very immature service manager. I'll be going to the Bobcat dealer in Utah county next time.

Great customer service, 4-stars because they are always too busy and their turn around time is 4-5 days. If they get their turn around time up to 1-2 days. I'll give 5 stars
