Had a good late lunch here, the ramen was nice and juicy and was served within 10mins after order. Service was proper too, and the price of ramen ($15) was good as well. The tonkotsu ramen was fulfiling and delicious. Docked one star because they only accept cash. I was lucky that i had some, but That can be a bummer if you don’t.

The spicy ramen was the perfect amount of heat vs flavor. The karage chicken was huge. Really wish 4.5 starts was an option because it was close to being perfect.

Its just fast food ramen. Noodle is normal, soup is like cup noodle. Service is ....... k, this is no service. I dont know why that every japanese ramen is a 4s plus. Its like the Emperor's New Clothes

The service is normal, the soup is delicious, and it's a bit salty after drinking But it's great in America! ! Only cash checkout! !

I think Hiro has some of the best karaage chicken and their ramen is up there. I think the best in the city is Terakawa's Mayu Ramen in Chinatown but Hiro's Gates of Hell is my favorite spicy ramen in the city.
Yes there are vegan option and you can ask not to put eggs or extra ones whichever way you prefer.
Staff was wearing masks, we were offered a table indoors though we choose to do takeout, didn't see any outdoor dining areas, no separators at or between tables. It was quiet when we went so not sure what it looks like when it's busy
