Clearly they were having a bad day when they delivered my tent. Showed up with flat tire which we kindly loaned them a compressor to fix. Upon leaving they took out my mailbox. Accidents happen so we weren't terribly concerned as they said they would make good on fixing it. I even tipped them after hitting the mailbox. More than a month later despite saying they would fix it, nothing. the tent and chair service was fine so I gave them a one but a negative 5 on doing the right thing

Thanks for everything. My son and all his cousins had a blast. The train ride through the community was a big hit with the kiddos. We will definitely use them again.

Our experience with Jump On Over was TOP NOTCH. We were in a major pinch. With less than 24 hours prior to our party, our previous rental company had to cancel. We were expecting a large number of guests. After ONE call to Jump On Over with very little time to spare, our event WAS SAVED! The team at Jump On Over (from ownership to installation to pickup) was AMAZING. WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!
