Great food, Jackson the server was an ace. But it was Monday about 5pm. Half empty and they put us at one of those 6 square foot tables against the wall. Not comfortable. We asked for a booth or larger table and they responded "sorry, those are reserved." Well, they did fill up... about an hour later.

During dinner, they only take reservations for 8 or more, and call aheads for parties of 5 or more. They do have pagers if they are on a wait, and they will work at the bar there, or either bar at the restaurants next door so you can get a drink and appetizer if you have to wait!
Typically, no reservations is needed although if you have a large party (over 8) it may be helpful especially around dinner time. Lunch, there should not be a wait.
