This is the 3rdtime they have messed up our order. The manager has been less than helpful. Customer service isn't a high priority apparently. They are rude, dismissive & lack any sort of real customer service experience skills. Unfortunately, my family I love their subs, but I guess we'll pay extra to have Jimmy John's suba. They haven't ever messed up our orders over the last 4 years we've order from them. My family &I make a point of ordering food at least once a week from our local restaurants to support local businesses. Firehouse Subs in Plymouth, MI has been taken off ourl list!

We stopped here for subs and the staff was fabulous! They were very patient with my special needs daughter, the food was delicious. Everyone there was kind, friendly and polite making sure my daughter's meal and Make A Wish day were outstanding! Danielle and staff are amazing!!! We'll be back soon to see your smiling faces.
