We stopped in at Kal Medical while shopping for wheelchair accessories for a family member. Brittany was a huge help and had a wealth of information for us, and with her help we were able to get exactly what we needed and saved ourselves a lot of headaches down the road. We learned more about how insurance works for wheelchairs, and how to size a wheelchair for accessories. Brittany also went the extra mile and saved us a pile of cash. They are VERY busy, the half-hour we were there there were four or more phone calls and another party of customers. Be patient if you call and you'll be taken care of.
