Usually they do a lot of hiring through temp agencies for full time hires. It's an unofficial "trial"period where they don't have to pay unemployment if they let you go. You can go in with a resume but it's easier to apply online.

I worked for Parker Hannifin for a short period of time back in 2014. Unfortunately, due to a life changing event my attendance was affected ultimately costing me my job. It's been 4 years, I've reached out, but no reply? I feel I deserve a response.
