Dropped off my 2016 F150 for "The Works" service (oil and filter change, tire rotation, etc.) They title this division of Village Ford, "Quick Lane" which I found a bit ironic. I had to make an appointment the Quickest I could get my service scheduled was 10days after my call. The parking area is quite crowded and a bit confusing as to where to park for Quick Lane Service. On the positive my vehicle was ready when promised and they did appear to do a fine job. When I was paying for my service the counter gentleman suggested I get a coolant flush, I informed him I had just had it done at another local Ford dealership within the last year. Then he suggested a Trans. Flush Then suggested a Throttle body treatment for a "Performance issue I may not even notice"? It just seems as if he was trying to sell services that weren't necessarily needed. I will try them again and hopefully get a service appointment quicker and be able to give them a 5 star experience.

Made an appointment at 8:10am to drop my truck off, my service advisor wasn’t available until about 30 min later, so they told me he would call me. I took the truck in for minor electrical issues, nothing that prevents it from driving. When my service advisor calls me he tells me that they can’t look at the truck until the end of the week (it’s Monday). What’s the point of having me drop it off days in advance, just for it to sit on the lot all week? I asked if they could tell me the day before it’s ready to be worked on, but they said “no, that’s not how the system works, it needs to be sitting here in the lot before we can schedule it”. As a business owner, and a bulk buyer of vehicles, this is crazy. My truck has to sit in a parking lot all week, while it’s perfectly driveable, just to wait in a service line, costing me time, money, and business. I called another dealer, and was told they would let me know the day before when to bring it in. So I won’t be going here anymore. Keep this in mind when scheduling this place for service. My service advisor was Pete.
