It's a working farm and there's pavement around the buildings. Mostly gravel paths and the trails would make it difficult for wheelchairs in my opinion.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, they are only open to the public Monday-Saturday.

No, animals are not allowed at Tollgate
Yes, the Tollgate grounds are open to the public dawn til dusk, unless there is a private event for the whole space (very rare). There is no cost to visit, and they have a beautiful pond area, children's garden, animals, and farm facilities to explore. They only charge for programming and minimal parking fees for special events like their awesome Pumpkinfest in early October.
