Went to get a license and there was no wait! The person we spoke with was very polite and got what we needed quickly. He definitely had great customer service which made for an excellent experience all the way around!

You can mail most documents, including a quit claim deed. Go to https://www.kitsapgov.com/auditor/Documents/Document%20Recording%20Checklist.pdf to make sure you've included all you need to for document recording.

If you filed for a marriage license and didn't submit the paper work are you legally married

If paperwork was never submitted, then there is no official record of the marriage. We recommend consulting with an attorney as to the legality of the marriage.
