The phone system is horrible!!!! They flat DON"T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!! I've been patient enough to wait for 25 mins. and still NO ONE ANSWERS their phone!!! Who hires these people?????? I guess you have to go down to their office and confront them.

Yes an3 pay close attention to their business hours. Friday's is only till 12:00.

You must call in, or email them as listed on their website to have them mail you the packet. Very friendly staff, and they take their jobs to heart.
