The woman was very nice and helpful with answering all of my questions. They so closed on my property and did the final escrow on two closings for me so far and both were good experiences for me. I would use this title and Escrow company again. They walked me through the process quickly and answering all questions in a timely and professional manner.

As a broker of over 30 years I would say the service was very poor. I would say more, but they never followed up on anything so I guess there was no service. I had to call and request everything and most times twice. I never received any u[dates, or a final statement to review before my buyer signed. All my updates came from my client. The excuse was "we are busy"

I purchased a house from my friend. I was told closing was not until April 1st. I received a call yesterday asking me if I could come in the morning to sign. I also had to have a cashiers check which I had been told I would receive an email with the amount of the cashiers check and what time on Thursday I would have to come. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. So my friend called and told them I worked and could not blow my clients off in a flash. So today ran to bank and realized NO ONE had called me or EMAILED ME AS I HAD BEEN TOLD I would with all the information. If my friend would not have called it would all have blown up! So got to bank was asked whom to make the cashiers check to - UMH I don't know. Tried calling -called 4 different numbers repeatedly and finally someone answered who had not had their morning coffee yet. Finally was told Chicago Title. NO communication and very unprofessional when they do finally get back to you. It is almost like they forget who the client is!
