Not sure why all the negative reviews. The staff here are so nice and they always explain everything to me very clearly. Always a pleasure talking with them

I got few DWLS 3rdv tickets and spent jail time for it. they also started me at 15.000 in the hole we where together at time to boot. unnecessary and wrong. i paid my support for that month they failed to reinstate my license when in fact they reinstated several time. so i politely asked if they would help me. they told me no and that is was just one of those things. who do they think they are to destroy someone's quality of life. they are rotten people and should all be punished for there every wrong they have ever done. PS<>. they are stealing peoples stimulus money. sitting on all that money isn't that agents' the law collecting interest on other peoples money>?

The people who work here were rude and unprofessional. I feel like they hate their job and just think all clients only want money. I came in to sign off my child support and was still being treated horrible. They talk to you like you don't understand English. I wish they had people who are willing to help and should be happy your signing off child support.

I have two kids and am the support payer for both. My daughter just graduated from high school which means my support stops going to her mother and instead goes to pay for her university. My case worker Dan, contacted me two months after her graduation and said that she didn't actually graduate on time, so i needed to pay an additional 2 months of support, that was now overdue. He told me I didn't need to pay everything all at once. He suggested that I catch up by paying $100 extra per month. I agreed and begin doing exactly what we agreed to. Then yesterday I received official notices that saying I am being reported to credit bureaus, the IRS and the US State department for failure to pay child support. I called and talked to his supervisor, Jennifer who told me that these were "automatic actions" and could not be stopped. I complained that Dan told me paying $100 extra to catch up was fine. He even suggested it! Jennifer told me "As far as we {the case workers} are concerned, paying an extra $100 / month is perfectly fine." I challenged her to asking "Why are you reporting me if I'm paying as agreed?" She said - "It's automatic". Then I asked why Dan didn't tell me that I would be reported if I paid AS HE SUGGESTED. Jennifer told me that "we don't tell people that balances will be reported to the credit bureaus and the federal government UNLESS THE PEOPLE ASK." If I am paying as agreed, why would it cross my mind to ask if they will be reporting me as late? I am still in disbelief at the conversation that just occurred. I requested a full conference board, because at this moment I do not trust anything these people have told me.
