I ordered tires from Amazon which were to be put on by Pep Boys. They called me the day of my appointment saying they couldn't find my tires. I was told they "looked everywhere" and that "there was no way amazon could have delivered them as they weren't open at that time". That day they opened at 9am and my tires were delivered at 11am. The next day I call them back to which the person working tells me they found my tires and they had in fact been delivered at the date and time I had said. No apologies, nothing from them.

Update 2022: Sent my car for alignment again. After adjustment, steering wheel is aiming right. They told me I can go any other shop for a check since they made everything in spec. I did and results showed rear toe is far out and front also. I sent to another pep boys and the rear lca bolts were seized and needed a torch to loosen. That means they were not adjusted before. What a experience Old review 2020: Friendly staff, high quality service & decent price!
