So disappointed. Waited for over 2 hours and was never seen. No explanation given for the delay. Finally explained that I had to leave and would like a refund for the copay. It’s been 3 weeks and still waiting for the refund. Would have been nice if ANYONE had offered an apology for the inconvenience.

It’s a total money scam. But me and my husband have been jerked around by this incompetent group. They INSIST on forcing us to their surgical center and wait months for an appointment while we suffer in excruciating pain from stones and stents. Then at the moment of the procedure they turned my husband away as to high risk for their center. This after having disclosed his condition to the doctor who placed his stent. All this wasted time has caused a loss of employment, extreme pain several ER visits. And after several requests to have the procedure done in the hospital, and being told it can’t be done there, we now have to wait AGAIN, for the “scheduler” to schedule the procedure IN THE HOSPITAL. This is the WORST medical practice in Jersey. And the biggest medical monopoly around. Never going to Virtua Voorhees with a kidney stone again because this practice OWNS that market. Totally inhumane. Should be shut down.

My husband went there the Dr. Did not answer his questions. He took a urinalysis wrote a script. Come to find out it was the incorrect medication. Thank God it didn't hurt him
