No. This is only a photo license center. Bri.mets next door can handle renewing ids and licenses that are not for Real ID. The written test / road test are done at the Rohrerstown Rd location or the Rt. 30 location.

I went the first Saturday of the month & it was empty. Any day in the very beginning of the month is good. The end of the month is no good.

There is a Penndot office on Rohorerstown Rd and another on Lincoln Hwy where Gabes and Manor buffet are. If you go to brimmer they can not print you one on the spot you will have to wait for it it be mailed.
No they just do photo IDs you have to go to an actual DMV for a permit.

Go on Penndot's website and on the Driver & Vehicle Services tab at the bottom, click on Read More. Then at least towards the top of the page, click on Schedule a Driver's Exam.
The driving test, you will have to schedule. It is alot easier, if you are able to schedule the test at another location. Each testing center has a different waiting list. You are able to call about you scheduled drivers test/exam they may bump you up on the list.
