DJ auto had been my go to for both big and small fixes for years, but in the last month I have had to look elsewhere because of poor service. My interactions with the staff and receptionists are always communicative and professional, but their main mechanic, who I won’t name here, is frankly unpleasant. He was uncooperative, had a my “way or the highway” attitude and acted like I shouldn’t ask questions or try to understand my car, and like I was wasting his time. (I took 5 mins tops asking about what my repair options are moving forward which I ultimately didn’t get answers to) I paid for a diagnostic on my car that was not informative, and ended up getting another one done somewhere else in order to actually see what could be done for my college car to repair it rather than replacing the entire engine (which DJ quoted at more than the value of my car). I found the help I needed elsewhere and my car is running great now. I didn’t realize I could expect to be given choices and options and be informed about pros and cons of those options until I went somewhere else. For that reason I do not recommend DJ auto to women or anyone who is still learning about maintaining their car independently. If you’d looking to restore your car or get your car in peak condition, they are competent and I’m sure great to work with. I am in a different boat, I’m a student and wish I could go back and go literally ANYWHERE else. My last two experiences here left me feeling taken advantage of.

Great service. They remember names, families, vehicles, and everything that can possibly help you stay on the road. They are very flexible and monitor their text line frequently. My vehicles have never needed to return for extra fixes or touch ups after being serviced - they are a "one and done" kind of place with impeccable quality control. Can't recommend them enough!!

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for the past few years and have nothing but positive experiences! They take amazing care of our cars. They have an awesome online system where you can see a summary of services the car needs and approve repairs. Highly recommend bringing your car here!
