Great place to live with family. It's a very relax and quite place to live. I really like how the management takes care of the residents and family by doing different activities for the residents. I also like how different food trucks come to the premises to sell different foods for different cultural.

Great neighborhood. They keep the grounds clean. Very mature community. Not a lot of loud neighbors or crazy parties.. just chill. Which is hard to find when living in an apartment. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Pretty Girl

So ill start by saying this property was my first choice for atmosphere and location. The apartments layout is a dream. But where the management went wrong is having a very nonchalant condescending leasing agent Charmaine. I filled out an application online November 13th and to this day December 3rd not a call as to say you were approved or denied. I have housing choice voucher so I think that's where the run around comes to play. They dont want to take HCV so they dont bother with you.. Every time I called to get an update her response was she is swamped with in office stuff to even explain what is going on. I give up and at this point I will really like my application fee back. Never have it took this long to let someone know if they were approved or not. I will be reporting it to HUD. So I say good riddance. Can you imagine what the residents get? I dnt want to.

I've lived at country Place for 5 months now, its kept well the neighbors are quite and respectful. i work long hours and i look forward to going home in the evening. the property is still observing Covid restrictions so things are still on hold as far as amenities . I will remain patient . I'm happy with my beautiful spacious apt.
