My bu and I visited last night for dinner. I tried their lavender lemonade which was incredible, the taste of lavender in the drink was amazing. My bf had the pesto pasta, he says it was flavorful and the pesto was delicious. The pasta wasn’t too wet, it was just right. All the ingredients added like the nuts and the parmesan were on point and worked very well all together. I had the Green Adobo Potato Tacos. I cant recommend this dish highly enough. Every bite I took from them gave me happiness. The flavores worked very well together. You should definitely visit if you still haven’t.

Blossoming lotus has a charming atmosphere and delicious food that feels healthy to eat. I love their live nachos and lately have tried the Maca Mocha (delicious, like dessert) and their Root juice (tastes healthy). The price points are a little higher but it I'll keep coming back and I recommend it often.

The food here is divine, and the chefs are very talented. The new years menu was amazing, especially the soup. I can't emphasize enough how good that soup was. With that said, I've never been disappointed by the everyday food there, either. The benedict was impressive and a surprise considering that it's vegan. The creative ways the chefs manages to create vegan dishes will always impress and satisfy. With all that said, the restaurant could use some serious work to the atmosphere. While the staff is friendly, the political propaganda covering the windows is a major, major detractor. Get over yourselves. I'm there to enjoy good food, not participate in a Marxist revolution.

Amazing vegan spot for a healthy meal or snack!! I came with a group of friends and we all loved everything we ordered. They have great juices and mocktails, appetizers and main courses. Definitely recommend the nachos and the vegan Mac n cheese. They also did a substitution on the tacos so that my friend could have a side of Mac instead of pinto beans.
