I bought a fuel pump from autozone and it failed the next day. Bummed about this, I ordered another. The whole time ordering another one, the employees were extremwly rude on the phone. It didn't show up and now I'm stranded. So far the staff has been rude and unhelpful.

Hank was extremely helpful in assisting me with car trouble. I came in looking for a gas cap on the way to the airport . My gas cap got dropped inside my hood compartment . Hank did not have the part but he did something I won’t forget . He got out of the store , got on his hands and knees and helped me out . Without the metal tool that he provided , my wife / toddler and I would have missed out flight . I can’t thank him enough and it’s not everyday you run into people who with go out of their way to help a stranger . Hank, thank you again.
