I thought Robin's was the best eats in town. Silly me, I finally got to the Sea Chest last night for my birthday. My friend and I had the devils on horseback, appetizer (oysters and bacon in wine sauce). She had the scampi and scallops pasta, which was delicious, and I had the best halibut I've ever had. We topped it off with the pecan cheesecake. Incredible venue & service also.

Cash only. No reservations. Some of the best seafood I've ever had. I dream about the calamari steak. I've never gotten an ocean view here and if I never do, that's fine by me--the cooks behind the bar are so much fun to watch and such a bunch of sweethearts. I cannot more highly recommend this place.

This place is great. The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff were awesome. Very accommodating of our needs with a baby. And the food was solid. A must do if in the area. In our view much better than Moonstone Beach Grill just up the road.

Still have tables in wine and beer bar area. Also a fire pit outside where you can get drinks from their bar
There is a menu, but the fresh fish will be listed on a chalkboard when you go in. The menu does list the appetizers tho ... take a peek at the website!
You should be able to enter the main entrance with the Walker.
As of now all seating is outside, first come first serve but they have heaters placed throughout the tables. They have blocked off sections in the parking lot for the different parties to stand practicing social distancing. Unfortunately not everyone wears masks but this is due to those who bring their own wine and glasses to socialize while waiting. If you want early seating get there at least 1-1 1/2 hrs before opening time and bring a fold up chair if standing for a long period of time is not an option.
No reservations and cash only for to go food only. Seems like a hassle but once you go you'll understand: whatever hoops you have to go through is worth it!!! Best seafood on the Pacific Coast. Awesome environment inside, or outside of the restaurant and well worth whatever wait you need to go through to be served😁😁😁

No reservations. You can go ahead and leave your name, get a glass of wine and wait, or walk on the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. The walk and food are amazing! Don't forget they are cash only.
Still only doing take out with no reservations but still well worth it. There are limited seats and tables that you can use to eat, listen to the waves crash on the beach and watch the sunset😁

No take out, it is very much a dine in restaurant. It is recommended you get there early to get a good seat, it is very popular.
