Cambria's post office is the worst experience I have had after living in many states and cities over the decades. My USPS experience over the years has been outstanding, until now. The mail deliverer in Cambria - lets call him Frank - seems intentional in creating friction for his customers. We filed a USPS change of address form for our Cambria rental to our purchased home - 1 block apart - and he knowingly had todays packages sent back to sender when he KNOWS we just moved a block. This is not an isolated incident. It seems like Cambria's post office despises its customers. This station needs to an attitude change.

If I could give them no star I would. I have lived in many places and have always had excellent service at the Post Office and from the postal person. In Cambria they could care less. They are for the most part on there way out and don't care. Are they not a public servant? - well kiss there a__ or you won't get served.

Apparently it is impossible for this post office to do their job: deliver and send mail. In the first year I lived here they lost a very important government document (the post master avoided me for an entire week on all day “lunch breaks” and all day “zoom calls”, never responded to emails, and eventually I was told stop asking them about it because they’re “very busy with complaints in a town of 6,000 people”.). They still can’t figure out how to forward mail, 5 months later and they’re still sending it to my old address. And over the past 3 months they marked 5 different parcels as “undeliverable” or “address inaccessible” (I live on a main street, with a locking box for the whole neighborhood, and I was home waiting for the delivery each time), nor was any redelivery notice left. Not to sound like a Karen but you literally have ONE JOB (in a super small town) and you can’t even do that right! I strongly suspect some mail theft is going on because my parcels have been opened and rummaged through (luckily I’m not their size). Wow that was a long rant but this place is the worst and so is everyone who works there **minus the younger gal with the glasses. No wonder the whole town hates this place.
