Came in for my appointment to get my nails done. Nail tech looked at my nails and cause it was done with a ticker nail she refused to do it. Waited over a week to have them done only to be turned back around with no nails done. I understand if there wasn't enough time but she didn't offer anything like a new appointment or anything at all.
