Fix your website. It shouldn't allow a reservation to be made if you don't have the gear and allow my 4-year-old's hours hopes to get up for a father-son day on the slopes. Edit: I held him for a good 10 minutes while he cried and cried as we got back in the car.

Great rentals. I recommend pre-ordering and making a reservation for your gear online.

They are closed during the summer. You have to take the skis to the Cottonwood Heights location.
