The food was meh. Not good, not bad. Just a little off. Our dishes, dinnerware, cups etc. were all sightly dirty. The server was slow and grumpy.

Last time I will ever go to Robintionos. Been going there since they opened in the 90s, but it just gets worse and wors. Terrible service.. During meal we had to go find a server four times. No one came to take order; they didn't bring silverware; sent food back because pasta was not cooked. When they remade order, it was just the same - raw pasta. Meatballs were cold in the middle on different order and pasta overcooked. Ruined Birthday celebration. Sorry they can't get it together, but enough is enough.

I’ve been a Robintino’s fan from back in the 70s but I took my parents there last night and ordered Lite dinners for myself and my dad. What I had was not the great Robintinos food. The lasagna was all noodle , 2 large meat balls and little sauce very blan. The thousand island dressing was not and it ruined the salad, So very disappointed so I won’t be returning . Our waiter was the exception great guy .

For the record, the food wasn’t terrible, but overall was not pleased with the visit. Also, I’m not a local, I’m visiting from Houston. Upon entry, greeter/hostess were not very friendly. I was sat by myself and away from everyone else and did not receive a water for 20-30mins. When server did finally come over, she didn’t introduce herself or ask if I’d like anything to drink, she just asked if I was ready to order. Server brought out what appears to be premade and frozen bread, which wasn’t bad, but definitely not what I’d expect at an Italian restaurant. Ranch was delicious! Ordered veal Robintino, but received veal parm; no big deal there for me because I was happy with either. Good cut of veal, a tad on the crispy side (up to preference). Side of fettuccini Alfredo didn’t taste like Alfredo, but was edible. Server didn’t come back to my table to check on me until she saw me staring her down because I needed a refill. Overall, likely would come back if I had a group that wanted a traditional Italian pizza, but not for the pasta or service.

Once we OPEN...www.Robintinos.com (Currently our locations only say coming soon.) You can go to the location, and order away. Murray will open first. No later than December 15th! Unless we have a tidal wave in Utah! Once you see the link on our website, you can call, order by website, or get food from Doordash! We are hopeful all will be in place by then. We are excited! Breadsticks and our proprietary Ranch will be in your hands soon in most cities! Yippie! We will also have a QR code to scan and keep on your phone for ordering. Then you come pick it up and stay in your car! We will have "HOT n HANDY" Most Meats pizza, 3 Cheese pizza and our Luscious Lasagna, for immediate pick up-without ordering from the phone or web. Just drive on up, and we will have that in your car in 1 minute. Pay from your car with our hand held payment devices. How fun is this? A lot of fun. SEE you SOON in Murray, Holladay, then Sugarhouse!!!
