I saw Marcie H for shortness of breath and heart palpitations. She reffered me to a cardiologist. When the cardiologist did not find anything wrong she gave up on helping me. My CBC was not off a great deal. It turns out I had low iron and was in the process of going anemic. I had low iron and low vitamin B12. It's really disappointing to be made to feel like you're just fat and crazy. If your issue isn't obvious this practice won't ve able to find it or help you. They'll just make you feel bad. Dont go here, waste of money and time.

My symptoms were not taken seriously. It took going to a specialist to diagnose that I needed surgery. I was suffering from terrible pain from kidney stones another time. It took going to Emergency at the BC Hospital to be admitted for kidney stones. Once again to have to be sent to Logan Regional Hospital to have the kidney stones removed. It was an orderly at BCCH that told me I had kidney stones. That is something DW should have easily picked up on. I had to change doctor and clinic.

I had multiple prescriptions filled incorrectly, multiple months in a row. When I asked about why this was happening, Dr. Allen told me she fills many prescriptions from home to ensure patients get their prescriptions on time. She then told me to find a new doctor, in spite of being my PCP for almost three years. It seems like she has too many patients for her time/abilities. Dr. Allen has good intentions, but seems to have too much on her plate. Lovely lady, but that's no excuse for shorting patients and giving inadequate care.

Called durning business hours, phones turned off and not taking calls. Outdated medical records system. Can’t keep good doctors. It’s now literally the worst place you can go in Brigham. No change, it's 2022, phones are still off during business hours.
