MyEyeDr has been our family’s eye MD’s for the last 10yrs, so they have always been good. Yesterday however, on 09/18/22, Helena put the cap on great service! My son went to a birthday party with his daughter, they had a piñata, the stick went flying, it broke his glasses and we were 2hrs away from home (He can’t see to drive without eyewear). So I stopped in here, hoping I could pay for a pair of contact lenses or something so he could get home without having to make a 4hr round trip. Helena had great customer service from the time I walked in, told her the story, she pulled up his records and was able to get me a trial pair so we could get home without any trouble! Thank you Helena for saving the day!

He’s the best eye doctor and the most pleasant. I been going to him for over 10 years and can’t find anything to complain about. Front desk are really nice as well.

Had an appointment Saturday , saw the doctor to get prescription sunglasses/and prescription tweaked a little for clarity . Tried to get answers to a couple of questions on sunglasses but felt rushed or not really heard or understood so I waited and Went back Monday to talk with HELENA about glasses before lenses came in. I tell you she is very informative about eyewear and goes up and beyond to assist you with any issues and or questions you may have. If you visit this location Helena is who you need.
