PC Laptops truly was amazing, my computer crashed, and I thought oh no what am I going to do. Decided to go to PC Laptops in Riverdale. When I arrived, they were Johnny-on-the-spot and assisted me. Opened up my desktop computer and noticed a fuse had burned which caused the computer to stop working. They provided me costs of new desktop computers, and they were able to retrieve lost data on to a backup disk. They will continue to backup for me every year I come it to have it cleaned. I am grateful for their willingness to assist me, it was difficult to get everything working properly. They even provided a number for At Home Support to have them take control of my computer to get me up and running. Wow amazing service. Can't beat GREAT customer service. And when you call they say We Love You PC Laptops, isn't that awesome!

Amazing customer service! I showed up 15 minutes before close on a Saturday night with a dead battery and a non-functional charger. Tyler verified that the charger was an issue and GAVE me a FREE refurbished one so I could take my laptop home and use it over the weekend while we waited for the battery to be ordered. They are so caring and helpful there and I definitely recommend you give them an opportunity to serve you!
