I keep getting visionworks spam in my mail

While I like Dr. Westbrook for her bedside manner and thoroughness, this location has a lot of work to do. I had an appointment a few weeks ago, I was not seen until about 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Additionally a pair of glasses that I wanted was not at this location, I gave one of the staff members the information and she assured me that she would follow up with me in order for me to get the 50% off discount on the second pair of glasses. I never heard back and when I called to follow she told me that she called but that was untrue. There was no apology and she told me I could contact another Visionworks to find what I wanted even though that was what she was supposed to do.

My first time having an appointment at this location, what a great experience. So many glasses to choose from staff very professional and friendly.

Customer service here is just a slogan! It is not practiced. It appears the staff has no idea of what they are doing and are not familiar with their systems, protocols, etc. They are guessing at their jobs at best! I will not be coming back here not any other visionworks because this appears to happen no matter which location I go to. Such a disappointment for the money spent.
