horrible service for $287 bill. The multi colored hair server didn't like my tip and followed us to our car chirping away and then told my family to never come back. We have been dining here as long as its been open and was shocked. This person should be termed immediately. You have no idea how many of your local harbor customers she is sending away with this behavior. If you want overpriced, average food with horrific service this is your place, if not dine elsewhere.

The food quality is not so great. Farmed salmon. Tuna sushi and shasimi cuts were tough. Not buttery smooth like it should be. Shrimp questionable. Steak had a lot of fat. Mostly disappointed. Kids like the show though. Very friendly staff.

My family and I have been dining at Mizu's for years. We went back last night for the first time since the world broke, and we were pleasantly surprised and entertained by a new, talented, hilarious Chef named Roman. He had us laughing the whole time, and he has some impressive tricks I haven't seen before. He is good at keeping silly conversations going and making sure everyone is having a good time. He has only been there for 7 months. I feel like he is a hidden secret in Gig Harbor, and people should know, so I hope this review helps. He made our food perfectly, even with diet restrictions; he had no problem. We were all satisfied, cheeks sore from laughing as we left the restaurant. I highly recommend dining at Mizu's and experiencing the silly, tasty, firey magic for yourself.

We had to wait for the main entrance of Bruce Lee, our chef in command. Mariafe was our waitress, and the Sake bombs were great! Food wise all was excellent and delicious! Definitely going back to this place with my group!
