I love Lancaster Carpet Mart! They have met our flooring needs in 2 houses over the past 18 years. Our most recent purchase was flooring for my office. Kadai did a great job helping me to select an LVP to meet our needs. Installers were quick , competent & professional. We loved the flooring so much, we had it installed in our bedroom too!

Extremely happy with our carpet experience! We purchased our home and had to remove a lot of damaged and dirty items as well as the old stair runner. We went to several carpet stores in the area and were disappointed with the lack of selection (we were seeking a more traditional style) and the very high cost of the runner itself as well as the installation. I knew that Carpet Mart historically had a pretty large selection of carpet and my husband and I went in with a pic of a runner I really liked that I had found on the internet. We met with Dee who was just so patient and helpful and we ended up finding a runner that was very similar to the image I had. Once everything was measured the quote shocked us. It was over 50% LESS than what we were quoted at another carpet store (including installation!!). We just had it installed on Tues and Eric was amazing. He made sure to ask us questions when some optional ways to handle an area arose and we were so grateful for that. Overall we could not be happier with our experience with Dee, Eric and the helpful staff at Carpet Mart. PS. I made sure to call Dee and tell her this all directly. She is so lovely!! I stopped in the Carpet & Tile Mart in Montgomeryville PA where I was still living and met the Store Manager Jack Parrish, I explained my situation to him and he helped me select flooring for my new home in Lancaster county that I needed installed within 2 weeks, Jack called the Lancaster Store Manager Todd who came and measured our new home and went the extra mile to get everything we needed and had it installed on Friday! We moved in the following Tuesday. We highly recommend both these Store Managers and their Carpet and Tile Mart stores in Montgomeryville and Lancaster PA. Excellent Service Selection and execution! They're Professionals!
