Owl Central is an excellent place for newcomers and veterans of the various games offered. I take part in the Sunday Commander events and have been doing so for about 8 months. The first thing you can expect upon walking into the store is the friendly faces of the staff, all of which I have come to enjoy seeing. My first experience at Owl was that of meeting Dan, one of the staff members, who greeted me with a warm welcome and offered to introduce me to a few of the people playing games. It was this warm welcome by Dan and several members of the community which really sold me on Owl Central. I recommend anyone to come down and hang out if even for a day, we would all love to have you.

I love this shop! They have lots of stuff and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Back when Pokémon cards were hard to find, this was the only place I could find them. And they always had great packs! I moved away from Lancaster a year ago, and STILL miss this shop. I’ll have to stop in for a new pack next time I visit the area.

We no longer have any COVID related restrictions for staff and patrons. We do continually monitor case levels in the surrounding area and abide by CDC recommendations regarding COVID protocols. Currently, we have a full event schedule six days a week at our Game Center. We ask that players and patrons help keep each other safe by staying home if they're experiencing symptoms and wearing a mask if you've come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID. Masks and hand sanitizer will continue to be provided for anyone who inquires.

An update regarding Pokémon events: We now host a weekly Pokémon Standard tournament on Thursdays at 6pm. We also routinely host pre-release and release events when new Pokémon sets come out. Check our events calendar at www.owlcentralgames.com/gamecenter to see all of our Pokémon related events!
It's been a long time since we've updated the answer to this question! Our Friday Night Magic events begin at 6pm. We host both the Pioneer format and Booster Draft as our FNM offerings. Pioneer is $10 entry with 4 rounds of best of three matches. Draft is $15 with 3 rounds of best of three matches. There is great prize support for both!
They usually have Yugioh tournament Sundays at 1pm.
