Absolutely 5 stars. Markis my salesman was so helpful in picking the perfect products for me. I purchased both a stove and refrigerator and could not be happier. The delivery team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I bought 2 appliances for the same price as 1 at local big box stores in the area. 100% recommend. Delivery was also the next day, in less then 24 hours I’m enjoying my new kitchen appliances.

I never heard of Robert Stevens before my sister told me about them. A repairman for my Whirlpool Cabrio who said it would cost over $ 700 to fix , suggested I just purchase a new machine. He suggested Speed Queen which is not sold in any big box stores. I looked on Robert Stevens website and they sold them. The price was lower than the Speed Queen website. I called and spoke to Sandy who was extremely helpful. Went in the next day, ordered it, and was delivered on Wednesday (a day earlier than expected). The delivery cost was nominal and so was the fee for removal of my old machine. I will be going back there when I am in the market for new appliances.
