This establishment went downhill as a result of the new staff, mainly the black girl who's mostly at the deli, I'm a minority myself and what I witnessed is extreme unprofessionalism and reverse racism. She shouts, doesn't talk, very bad attitude, constantly on her phone while she's filling deli orders, presenting like she's in her home making a sandwich and not her job. Three times I've gone in to pick up a doordash order the orders had to be fixed due to missing items, she's not packing items properly because she's not paying attention. I had to request that all customer's items when in stock need to be in bag otherwise I can't deliver incomplete orders. These missing were in stock, she immediately got loud with an attitude, I reported her to corporate, I went in store a while after and she tried to ban me in retailition, I reported that to corporate as well, I'm waiting on corporate to address the issue before filing a civil suit for harassment, slander against her literally screaming at caught on camera. The new staff are rude, arrogant and improper attitude to be assisting the public, they act like it's the streets and not a professional work space

i’m not saying that this quick check is bad it is very clean but in a deli working with food one of the employees that was making my sandwich was not wearing gloves and handling other people food you should be wearing gloves
