Not many restaurants offer chefs menu only. I appreciate this restaurant doing that, and swinging for the fences with what they offer. Solid service, artistry in presentation of the food, generally excellent preparation. Excellent choice if u a foodie. The wine pairing needs work. Dont recomend ordering that.

Luxurious and exquisite Italian dining experience that's perfect for the special day. Reservation only. Each course is as beautiful as artwork, and service is great. The server would tell you ingredients in every dish and customize for you if any allergy condition. Each food bite is very experimental and unique, I've tasted some good combinations and also some not so agreeing. But as a fair note, it's not a bad experience overall. Price is really high though, i would give a $$$$$$ rating on Google review if I can.

Altura has become go-to “special occasion” place. The food is lights out, the wine/beverage pairs spot on, and the service fantastic. Chef Nathan Lockwood and team consistently create innovative foods. They seasonally get amazing truffles and wagyu beef. Highly recommend sitting at the chefs counter to watch the show.

This is my first chef’s tasting experience for Italian restaurant and it’s just perfect!!! Every course is full of surprise and richness in flavors. The freshness of ingredients, cooking skills, and seasoning and presentation are all combined together and gives such a wonderful experience. All the seafood and meat and vegetables are perfectly seasoned for me, and the only dishes that I don’t like are sorbet with some herbs or fermented grape which are quite strong taste… It is roughly 3 hours but feels really really satisfied like watching a chef show. Strong recommend!
