If I would give half a star i would. The people working there are sooo rude. All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2 for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotion started and i was charged extra which i don't mind. The lady taking my order said no it's not possible and that no other Burher king does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. The manager took the receipt looked at it and said. Well we don't do that here and you can go back to the same store you got it . She had the ordasity to look me in the eyes and tell me that and walked way. I didn't get anything i just drove off. Never going back there.

It is the language barrier but I always go inside never use drive-thru
The owner of this place is a thief, she stole my week of work and she didn't want to pay me. I hope that one day my message will reach the corporation and they pay attention to it because I'm sure it hasn't been just my insurance, it has been many employees who this lady has not paid them
