The food looked good,I looked at my friends plate and there was a long piece of hair in her potatoes, I lost my appetite neither of us have long hair,the waitress apologized but said it was one of the workers in the back it didn't matter who want to see someone's hair in their food.

This dennys is so nice and spacious, this is the 2nd time I have brought my kids and both times we had Jacob as our server. He was so fun and patient that the kids now want to ask for him every time we come. I really appreciate these qualities in a server as I have 4 children and most of the times when we go out to other restaurants the waitstaff seems to look overwhelmed or annoyed. We have felt welcome both times we have been. Thank you so much!!!!!

Incredibly poor service. Will be sending a letter to the franchise. Waited 25 minutes for a coffee refill. Ordered the advertised special and server did not check on our table afterwards...so we did not have drinks for our meal. Very disappointed. Asked for check twice, asked for drink refills twice, asked for a box twice. Spent 1.5 hours there...mostly spent waiting for server.

Supposed 2 be 2 pieces of bacon. This is what I got. Other than that, the waiter was nice and the service was good.
