After being burned at another location trying to get my passport, I was blown away by the Hockessin staff, especially Jack, who took care of my Passport and kept me informed of the process. Personable, professional, and efficient. I will be making the trip to Hockessin if I ever need something like this again.

The only post office I have gone to in the past 5 or so years. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here, mainly because I’ve had bad experiences at the ones closest to me and never a bad one here. I constantly have amazing customer service and I’m honestly so grateful.

They are very unprofessional. Not courteous at all. Employee didn’t care about what time the appt was for a passport picture. He stated he had 4 appt before us. He didn’t care. It’s not his problem.

To make a passport appointment, you need to go to www.usps.com/scheduler
If you expedite it and pay the $60 extra you will receive your new passport in 2-3 weeks. Just stop in and fill out the application and we'll mail it for you.

Yes, textbooks can be mailed at media rates.
