I am a very frustrated person who lives in palm. There are times that I don’t get my mail delivered for 2 to 3 days at a time. Ow this week I haven’t gotten mail since Monday. I know penndot plowed my box in but the mail carrier could put in just a little effort to deliver my mail. I’m not happy and will be contacting the post master general about this.

Most amazing small town post office ever, you won't find better. From the truly incredible mail lady, to the women (and man) at the post office, this small and personable office is exactly what you know and love about small towns. I've had the most amazing Mail carrier for a couple years now. She is so courteous, kind and does an amazing job of always making sure my packages are protected from the elements. While other mail people and package delivery services leave your deliveries in the rain to get damaged and soaked, she will take that extra effort to ensure you arrive home to packages that are safe and dry. I've never had such a fantastic Mail lady, thank you Jen, you're awesome. The office is filled with equally incredible staff, Gail has helped me so much over the years, just an incredibly kind woman that knows her job inside and out. While others didn't know how, Gail would. She's professional, friendly and just a happy welcome to your friendly post office. Always such a pleasure to be greeted so nicely when you arrive and I certainly always appreciate it. The rest of the team is certainly just as friendly and is incredible at their job. Kristen has helped me figure out my crazy mixups with my packages, she knows her stuff and odds happy to help. You won't get yelled at here if you made a few mistakes packaging or if you forgot that last piece of tape, they'll help you and help you fix whatever small issues you may have. Go down the street and the feeling is much different, you'll get your head ripped off if your stuff isn't in order, precisely and I think it actually might be painful for the post master to smile because I've never seen her crack one and she's certainly a far cry from warm and fuzzy. My advice, drive the extra 5 minutes to palm post office and get the best in professional and friendly service. You won't regret it.
