Wow What A Bargain

I usually shop at another hardware/home store that's closer to my house but I came to this Home Depot because I needed to rent a chainsaw. I called in advance to check on availability and spoke with an associate who answered the phone in probably the most professional AND upbeat manner I have heard out of customer service in a LONG time. He was helpful and I responded to the store about an hour later and watched in awe as he handled a busy rental morning with a smile on his face for each customer. Liza returned to rental area to help him and she was wonderful, as well. Both were friendly and helpful and honestly, that's a rare commodity in customer service anymore (especially in a chain store). The chainsaw I got was in great shape and but they also gave me gas, oil, and all the safety equipment, which I did not expect. If you need to rent tools, I highly recommend Home Depot and definitely see Day and Liza! If their other associates are just as great, management is doing a great job.
