Best medical practice in the area. All the physicians are fantastic and knowledgeable. Dr. Menichello is the best doctor in the area.

Anyone whom has ever seen one of those documentaries about North Korea and their little shops where no one can afford to buy anything, where everything is there merely for show may have some insight into what many medical practices in America have turned into. It looks like a doctor's office, it smells like a doctor's office, but you will not be receiving any medical care here. They'll make you wait for the appointment, they'll charge you real money, they'll weigh you, take your height and blood pressure for what good that will do. Then, the doctor will say something like, "You don't have any specific complaints, DO YOU?" This does not make a person feel welcome to bring to the doctor's attention whatever it was that was bothering them. People do not make doctor's appointments for no reason. In no other industry can a person be paid 200 dollars for 5 minutes of work that they didn't actually do. This building is just here for show.

This practice is frequently empty so I don't understand why there is such a long wait to see a doctor. A gigantic sign on the check-in window reads, "We aren't seeing SICK patients at this time." That is a joke, right?

This practice is a joke. They have a sign on the front door telling people not to bring g*ns into the practice, and on the back door they have a sign saying that people should monitor their attitude problem before they considering complaining about the total lack of care at this practice. I was not given time to finish filling out my paperwork despite showing up early, things I wrote on that paperwork were ignored, the doctor wanted to shoo me out in less than 5 minutes and I did not feel comfortable telling her about my problems. She seemed to assume that I was visiting for "no reason" and I felt like I would be inconveniencing her if I said anything. The nurses made fun of the previous patient as soon as they walked out the door. I wonder therefore if I was also made fun of. I also see they play games with their reviews page with one page visible for the practice for people who are signed in and a different one for people who are signed out. I waited a long time, 4 weeks longer than promised, 7 weeks total, for my appointment due to them cancelling my appointment unexpectedly and I had to call them to tell them I still wanted to be seen; they didn't automatically reschedule. They claimed the doctor was out with an injury. Steer clear if at all possible.
