I sent my elderly mother to XL to get her nails done and the staff was extremely rude to her. They demonstrated poor customer service and I asked my mother to leave immediately and spend her money elsewhere. She got her manicure somewhere else and the service was exemplary and at a much better value. I will never ask her to visit XL again. UPDATE: This happened on Friday, June 28th, 2021.
