I have been to this Dunkin Donuts on multiple different occasions. I am a black man. And the notable difference in treatment I received from the employee, Vincent, is unfathomable. He was clearly racist as he was nice to all of the other customers (white) before me. But when I got to the register, his whole demeanor changed, and he looked at me up and down with disgust. I didn’t know Dunkin’ Donuts hired staff that discriminated against customers. Stay away from this Dunkin Donuts.

On 6/6/2022 at 3:00 PM, I was served by the cashier, Vincent. I have been coming to this Dunkin for years. But after my last experience here, I feel the need to include this review. Vincent had the worst attitude and was super disrespectful during my visit. I simply asked if they had double chocolate donuts and he yelled YES $1.75! and threw the donut on the counter. I said I wasn’t done ordering and he just started laughing for no reason? I was quite stunned and utterly confused as I said nothing humorous. I took a picture of him because when I asked for the manager, he said one was not there. What a shame. There should be nicer, more competent individuals working in such a fast paced environment.

I come to dunkin everyday when I am ready to go to work and there is always something wrong with my drink because they constantly have new people in there that don’t know what they doing. Today I went in around 4:15 and asked for a caramel frozen coffee and received A HOT CHOCOLATE FROZEN COFFEE.That is what it said on the sticker and the drink was extremely dark. Caramel is light. When I went back to tell them I got a completely different drink than what I asked for and it even taste like hot chocolate they told me that’s just how it is. I have been a dunkin customer and that’s is not just how a caramel frozen coffee looks or taste. Both employees then proceeded to tell me if they make it again it will be the same thing. Dunkin needs to have MAJOR TRAINING SESSIONS when new people are hired because they are just inaccurate and customer service is bad when they mess up. People make mistakes I understand but if I come back to tell you in a polite way my drink isn’t what I asked for I expect it to be fixed being I am a loyal customer with dunkin. The 2 staff there today at 4:15 when I went needs MAJOR TRAINING IN DRINK MAKING, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. A customer should never be turned away when something is inaccurate with what we payed for.

Stopped by today to get some ice cream, the staff was very friendly and had smiles. I ordered 4 single scoop cups one with a couple toppings. The ice cream was great and hit the spot. I would recommend this location if your in the area.
