This is the 3rd time I’ve had to stop by this place in a week. I have no problems with the doctors, the imaging center, or any medical service, but the woman at the info desk is mean, I mean flat out rude! First time I went in I said Hi, she ignored me, second time she was speaking to some young girls asking her questions, she was so rude to them, and today I went in, I was in a good mood, passed her on the way up the stairs and said, Hi how are you today, literally rolled her eyes at me. If this is your welcoming/ info person you need to replace her immediately. People are here because they’re not well, they feel lousy, , maybe getting tests, they need friendly, concerned, compassionate, happy people to greet them not this mean old lady!

Horrible customer service when calling the primary care office. Wanted to be seen for a sick visit whoever picked up the phone laughed at me and said go to urgent care and hung up on me. What is the point of doctors not seeing you when sick not everything is COVID related. Continuously going to urgent care where doctors are never the same does not lead to good care. Even when I was regularly using the primary care they couldn’t be bothered to look at my records to see I had a continuous health issue. I will be looking for a new doctor immediately.

You need to make an appointment
At Meridian, First go there to C door. Give the guard or nurse ur name then they give you instructions to email ur medical info insurance. They call within an hour or 2. Then drive back and go thru cones near C wing to tent. They verify u while in car. Drive to next tent for the test. Ur result are back in a day or 2. The instructions have u logon to test result website. Good luck
Go to door C where you see cones. Park by door C. Go inside. The guard will give u a pamphlet with instructions. Bring it home and email them back with registration docs. They will call you for a time to return to the center. Go in the parking lot and follow the cones to the left. Drive to tent.
