Updating review as they immediately reached out to provide a refund. It's very nice that they stand by your satisfaction.. It's really fun to come here and wish I could give 5 stars. But tonight's masterpiece was ruined and not by me :( One girl was in charge of using a nail gun on each piece of our board, which took an eternity (understandably, but maybe better preparation would be good). I got home once my board was finally nailed down, only to discover the small letters were totally mutilated. Nails sticking out everywhere. I'm sad because I had been proud of my board and with paying $75 I'd expect it to look good. It was unfortunate that it was out of my hands and damaged from an employee. In the future, maybe consider just gluing the really tiny letters.

I took my daughter to make a chunky blanket in celebration of her one year anniversary opening her hair salon and absolutely loved it! Amy and Michelle were awesome - kind, helpful and encouraging. Neither one of us had ever knit or crocheted previously and their instructions were so easy to follow. I liked that they came around to each table to give personalized instruction. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE my chunky blanket! The wine was nice too. Can’t wait to back and create again soon!
